Breakup is most hurtful feeling that everyone goes through in their life time. You may doubt yourself as a person, you may think about how much time you wasted with him or her. You may feel rejected or unappreciated for all you have done for a person you love. All these thoughts may overflow your mind after breakup. Your breakup can seem more severe than breakups of others. Don’t forget that you are not alone in your breakup problem. Not every love relationship has a happy ending. Thousands of breakups happen every day.
Break up can be done by you because the person you love is a total disaster, you want to leave him or her but can’t because you don’t know how to deal with a broken heart. If you're thinking of breaking up with your partner, let a week pass before you end the relationship. Then ask yourself again if what you are planning to do is right or not or should you think about it again? Don't hold days to ease your partner's pain or yours. If you decide to explain the reason of a breakup, try to be honest and not tactful.More often than not, breaking up is as hard on the person ending the relationship as it is on the person being broken up with - don't assume just because a person is breaking up with you means that they no longer care about you, caring about you and wanting a relationship with you are not one and the same. Nobody likes to hurt another person, especially somebody they have been close to, and it is often very easy to guilt trip somebody into staying with you when they are trying to end things. Resist this urge! When you use guilt as a way to stop a break up you not only cheat yourself out of having a good and true relationship, you foster resentment in the other person which could lead to greater pain and heart ache in the future.
Breakup can be by your partner whom you loved a lot and now since he or she is not there in your life you feel this big void inside you, you don’t know how to cope up with it. Being broken up with does not mean that there is something wrong with you; it just means that there is something that is not working in the relationship. Try not to take the rejection too personally. Remember that lots of great people have had failed relationships - the fact that the relationships failed says nothing about their value as a person. The fact that your relationship failed likewise says nothing about you as a person.
Any breakup is a hurtful experience. Such hurt can dangerously shrink our harmony and happiness. It is all right to sob, get crazy and feel hurt when you are dumped. These are normal natural feelings. Just be sure that you let your feelings out in a safe place among friends or family. Do not make your ex the target of your feelings, even if they have done something to deserve your outrage. The sooner you let go of the other person, the sooner the healing can begin. Some people easily go through a breakup and are back dating just in few days. Others keep their feelings of hurt inside forever and don’t trust anyone again. Break ups are often followed by one of the parties starting a new relationship and when this happens it can bring up all sorts of old feelings. If you thought you were over someone who broke up with you and find yourself upset at the news that s/he has moved on, rest assured you are normal. Let yourself be upset, it is part of the healing process.
Acting out in anger is never good for anybody. After being broken up with don't spread mean or spiteful rumors. Don't betray former confidences by telling old secrets to others. If another person was involved in your break up resist the urge to slam them behind their back. Acting vicious only makes you look bad and any satisfaction you may feel will be short lived. In the end this sort of behaviour will only make you feel worse. Find yourself, find what is inside you and inside yourself find only best self. Five or six or even more bad relationships are not a big deal. Nobody ever deserves to be hurt. Your ex does not deserve to be hurt because you are hurting. Your ex's new love interest (if one even exists) does not deserve to be hurt just because you feel jealous. You do not deserve to be hurt, even if you acted badly and caused the break up. Breaking up hurts, but it doesn't have to be made worse by holding a grudge or drowning yourself in a pool of if only's. Deal with the reality and let go of your anger, the pain will disappear more quickly if you do.
Things may seem bleak now but you never know what the future may hold for you and your ex. You may get back together someday. You may not. Either way it is better to let go of a faltering relationship while there is still some caring left between the two of you. If you play it out to the bitter end and leave your ex no choice but to hate you to get rid of you, you close the door to the future. Bowing out graciously leaves room for a future relationship with your ex, even if it is just as good friends. So forget about your ex it may be easy to say but it can be if you want it to be ease. Go out have fun with friends. If you cut-off yourself from whole world dont forget you have even cut yourself off from any prospective girl or guy. Then you wont ever be able to find the person you were always looking for.

Coping with a break up is difficult, but if you really want to get over this feeling of hurt and move on in your life read the following tips:

  • Hide or throw everything that reminds you of breakup. Don't attempt to contact your past love! Don't try to get your love back right away. It can be possible, but if they wanted to be with you they would have never broken up in the first place. So wait a little and notice their move before making your own move.
  • Don't exaggerate your breakup. Everyone goes through it. It is completely normal to experience grief, anxiety and resentment, but don't consider breakup as a devastation. Negative emotions tend to worsen the situation, so don't let them dominate you.

  • Make lists of good and bad things about you. List of bad things will help you realize your mistakes in past relationship and improve yourself. List of good things will raise your self-esteem and will help you move on because you have those good things which is necessary to get someone better than what you had. Lists will help you develop inner feeling of self worth and freedom.

  •  Have fun. Go out with your friends to disco, nightclubs. Enjoy yourself. Go in for sport. Do something that you always wanted to do but couldn’t do because you were in relationship. Physical activity relieves nervous pressure.

  • Keep your mind busy with new information. Staying active mentally will also help you to getting over your past.

  •  Keep your heart busy with positive emotions: get outdoors, go shopping, surround yourself with your close friends.
  • Meet new people.Meet your friends of opposite sex and know about their single cute friends. The idea is to flirt with end number of people.

  •  Enjoy being single for a while! Dream, figure out the type of relationship you wish,
                                              YOU Better know this:
You are not alone. There are many couples who go through a break-up and still life goes on. It may be so hard in the beginning but keep going.Every one have equal rights to decide either  to be or not be in a relationship. If a break up happens, accept it and make peace with yourself. Live a full life for yourself just as you used to live before your relationship or break up and by doing so you will surely live a happy life and finally find somebody better.

Life is so busy and sometimes much stressful.stress can be an obstacle from making progress toward the desire of your heart. It can make you react so harsh to others,do things randomly  and uncomfortable, as you read this you'll have to deal with ongoing stress positively to keep yourself in a good position . Stress can have a variety of causes such as family problems, job problems, financial difficulties, poor health, mechanical breakdowns, false expectations or even the death of someone close to you. It is important to recognize the causes (some stress is natural) and, if possible, take steps to deal with the root of the problem or Ask for help from friends and, in severe cases, professionals.

1:Try to Be organized. Much stress arises from feeling overwhelmed. Being organized and getting your priorities straight can help you break responsibilities down into manageable pieces and focus on the things that really matter.
2:Identify the things that put you under stress. Make sure you understand why you become stressed so that you can try to avoid these circumstances.

3: Treat your body right

  • Eat a healthy breakfast and healthy snacks only. Your choice of food is very important when dealing with stress; stay away from sugary snacks and have unsalted nuts and fruit available.
  • Drink water it is the best beverage and stay off alcohol which always adds to stress one way or another. Caffeine is also known to raise stress levels, so again it is best to drink water.
  • Get fit. Exercise a little every day. This releases endorphins that can lower stress levels, also eat chocolate it also releases endorphins, but only in a small to moderate dosage.
  • have a rest to start afresh..
4:Listen to music. Stress can inspire intense emotional reaction. listen to your favorite music songs. Vent the spleen to a favourite piece of music and experience a happy release. Also, positive and relaxing music can be helpful. Listen to calm and soft music. It really gets you relaxed and happy.

5:Use positive self-talk - One of the first things you can do in facing stressful situations is to reinforce your resolve through positive statements such as, "I can handle this, one step at a time," or "Since I've been successful with this before, there's no reason why I can't do it again".

6: Talk to friends., being idle  can only cause more stress.interact with friends as usual

Peer pressure is one thing that all teens face in common. You can't escape it; it is everywhere. No matter how popular you are, how well liked you may be or how together you feel, sooner or later you will have to face peer pressure

YOU CAN WIN PEER PRESSURE!!
How do you prepare to face peer pressure and win? There are many things you can do. Prepare a mental script of how you would like to deal with uncomfortable situations. Script out the reaction you want to have in a given situation and play that script out in your head over and over again.
Know where you stand on key issues like sex, drugs and alcohol and do not allow anybody to make you deviate from your position. Never be afraid to speak up and let others know your boundaries. You may get a bit of teasing at first but most people respect the boundaries of others when they know what they are.
Never take part in any bullying. Making other people feel bad or sad is a terrible way to try to fit in. Flatly refuse to take part in anything designed to cause harm or distress to another person and speak up if such a situation arises. You do not have to be angry or confrontational but one person standing up for what is right is usually enough to inspire others to follow.
Think of yourself as a leader and act accordingly. The more you see yourself in a leadership role the more comfortable you will feel asserting your own opinions and feelings.

We spend so much time waiting to be loved, hoping love will find us, searching, yearning for that special love. Feeling empty and lost without it. Wanting someone to give us love and fill us up. Unfortunately, that’s not usually how life works. Loving yourself is mainly having self-respect which is the only dependable way to create love in your own life to share with others. When you expect love from an external source, and someone or something does not fulfill your void and fantasies, then you will feel worse than before. To be able to be loved, you must love and respect yourself as much as you do others. love1:Treat others with love and respect. Bringing joy to other people's lives will help you find joy in your own. In addition, those that you treat well will likely repay you with the same kindness. Gradually you will start to feel your worth through the smiles of gratitude. However, don't just be very kind to people so you can receive royal treatment

2: Learn to let go of past events. You deserve a fresh beginning! There are a lot of people out there that have had hard lives/bad beginnings or moments. Don't close yourself out of grief, disappointments, or fears of future ridicule. Acknowledge your feelings, but work to put them behind you. Cherish what you have learned from your challenges, and how you have changed and grown from them

3: Forgive yourself. Don't punish yourself for something you have done in the past. Instead, look at the mistake as a learning experience. Say to yourself now: “I forgive myself for _______.” Go look in a mirror and say it out loud to yourself, look yourself right in the eyes and speak forgiveness like you mean it. Don't ever demean or ridicule yourself, or if you do then laugh realizing that was then and this is now. Every day is a new beginning.

4: Be Persistent. Work as steadily as you can at loving and accepting yourself just as you are right now. A large part of love is accepting another "as is". This is no different for yourself—learn to love yourself "as is". Only after we've accepted themselves we might think about changing some less-than desirable characteristics.

5:Be yourself. Be who you really are, express yourself, laugh, play, sing. Don't be afraid of what others think, they feel the same way and want to express themselves, but are afraid to show it too.

6: Create goodwill and thankfulness by practicing random deeds of kindness by sharing your being with others in many ways. Share your knowledge in nice ways or make a small donation to a needy elderly person or to an unfortunate child. Share opportunities for your potential happiness by sharing goals and accomplishments with a special person or a group. Help a candidate or a political cause or a community project. Help at a school or church

7: Trust yourself. Don't just blindly follow other peoples suggestions. Learn to trust who you really are.

8: Stop trying to be perfect. Stop criticizing yourself for being less than perfect. Always do your best. But, not reaching perfection is not failure.

9: Nurture yourself. Self care is very important. Set up some time to be by yourself, just by yourself. Do something that gives you peace, love, and joy with yourself. You can nurture yourself physically by exercising and consuming healthy food. You can nurture yourself emotionally by listening to love songs, painting, or helping others in need. As you give yourself to others and offer help, you receive the gift of love back. You feel good about yourself because you live your life on purpose. You can nurture yourself mentally by reading your favorite books. You can nurture your spiritually by doing meditation

1O:Start working toward how and what you want to do and be. Do so with a positive attitude by working toward your higher purposes and greater appreciation of your problems as motivating your finding new and better opportunities. Be enthusiastic and cheerful

One day, I decided to quit. I wanted to quit my job, to quit my relationships, to quit my spirituality; I even wanted to quit my life. I went to the woods to have one last talk with God. "God," I said, "Can you give me one good reason not to quit?"

His answer surprised me. "Look around," He said, "do you see the fern and the bamboo?"

"Yes," I replied.

"When I planted the fern and the bamboo seeds, I took very good care of them. I gave them light. I gave them water. The fern quickly grew from the earth.  Its brilliant green covered the floor. Yet nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo."

"In the second year the fern grew more vibrant and plentiful. And again, nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo."

"In the third year there was still nothing from the bamboo seed. But I would not quit."

"In the fourth year, again, there was nothing from the bamboo seed. Still, I would not quit."

"Then in the fifth year a tiny sprout emerged from the earth. Compared to the fern it was seemingly small and insignificant. But just 6 months later the bamboo rose to over 100 feet tall. It had spent the five years growing roots.

Those roots made it strong and gave it what it needed to survive. I would not give any of my creations a challenge they could not handle," He said to me.

"Did you know, my child, that all this time you have been struggling, you have actually been growing roots? I would not quit on the bamboo. I will never quit on you! Don't compare yourself to others.  The bamboo had a different purpose than the fern. Yet they both make the forest beautiful. Your  time will come," God said to me. "You will rise high."

"How high should I rise?" I asked.

"How high will the bamboo rise?", He asked in return.

"As high as it can?", I questioned.

"Yes," He said, "Give Me glory by rising as high as you can. And remember...I will never leave you, nor forsake you. I will never give up on you. I will never, ever quit on you."

Everyone has days when they want to "quit." When there are struggles...obstacles in life, remember we're just growing roots!! God has a purpose in mind for each one of us and we need to talk to Him and let Him help us realize that purpose.

Always remember, He'll never leave us, He'll never forsake us, and He'll never quit on us.

God didn't promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, sun without rain, but He did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears, and light for the way.

1. Have Goals

The specifics don’t matter. Having something to aim for does. Remember that your goals in life are capable of changing, the same way that your favorite movie might change every few years. You’re not a constant being, you transform into a different person with different ideas and perspectives as life goes on. That’s normal.

Goals change. Plan some, accomplish most,

2. Change Your Goals As You See Fit

Maybe you think that you want to own a house before the end of the year.

Changing directions is expected. It’s not necessarily a step backwards unless you let it be. Accept that you will need to work out another goal on a different path in order to get what you want, and that’s how life works sometimes.
Having goals for what your future will hold is good thinking, but remember that it’s a rough draft that may need many edits. Finally, remember to…

3. Be Progressive, and Wait

We’d all love to be millionaires tomorrow, but getting ahead in life is slow-going. In order to get where you want to be, you’re going to have to realize the hard work ahead of you. Staying positive in the face of adversity is challenging. Maintaining focus often seems impossible since life offers so many different distractions.
Still, it is within your control to decide what you want to be doing, and who you want to be. The first step is acknowledgment: You’re in complete control of your life. The next step is action: What’s your move?

http://makondefrasers.files.wordpress.com/2010/07/tz.jpegThe United Republic of Tanzania is the only country in Africa, and perhaps in the world, that within a span of 40 years has gone through rapid and radical transitions – from a colonial system to a programme linking rural households to social services, to a market economy – without sacrificing basic democratic ideals and social equanimity. During the process, all of the country's social, political and economic institutions underwent drastic transformations, to adjust and conform to rigid national guidelines and priorities. Such changes seriously affected the economy, and resulted in a gradual and protracted decline of all growth indicators during the 1970s and 1980s. Since then, the country has recovered significantly, mainly through the implementation of various structural adjustment and restructuring programmes led by the government with the help of a coalition of donors. This recovery has made the country a trend setter in Africa, particularly in terms of adapting to new ideas, dismantling tribalism and ensuring an intrinsic balance between a market economy and social justic

Thousands of Egyptians gather in Tahrir Square after Mohamed Morsi is declared the nation's first democratically elected president on Sunday, June 24. In a nationally televised speech, the longtime member of the Muslim Brotherhood promised to represent all Egyptians. When the cheers subside in Tahrir Square, Mohamed Morsi will assume an Egyptian presidency straightjacketed by the country's military, start work under intense international scrutiny and inherit a country on its back economically.
He'll face the skepticism of people like Mohamed Saleh, one of the throng that waited for Sunday's declaration of Morsi's victory in Tahrir Square. Even as he cheered the result, Saleh said the real power in Egypt still lies with the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces, which took power after the ouster of longtime strongman Hosni Mubarak.
"They don't give us power. Mohamed Morsi is just a name of president," Saleh said. "He doesn't have the power, SCAF has the power."
Egypt's electoral commission declared Morsi the country's president-elect Sunday after a runoff with Ahmed Shafik, a former air force general who served as Mubarak's last prime minister. With the announcement of Morsi's victory, cheers erupted in Tahrir Square, the Cairo plaza that was the center of the 2011 revolt that toppled Mubarak.
His supporters already are pushing for a confrontation with the generals, who recently ordered an elected, Islamist-dominated parliament dissolved and announced they would retain legislative power for an indefinite time.
"Will the military council respect the Egyptian will or not?" asked Abdoul Mawgoud Dardery, a member of parliament from Morsi's Freedom and Justice Party, the political arm of Egypt's long-suppressed Muslim Brotherhood. "If it respects it, we will be able to work together. If it does not, the military council knows very well where Mubarak is right now."
Muslim Brotherhood candidate triumphs
Dardery said the Brotherhood and its supporters would remain in Tahrir Square until they get what they want. Khaled Fahmy, a historian at the American University in Cairo, said that determination is born of the hard lessons that followed the ouster of Mubarak, who has been sentenced to life in prison for ordering the killings of anti-government protesters in the 2011 revolt.

nvironmental pollution, problems and control measures – Overview

A. Introduction and definition of environmental pollution – We know that, a living organism cannot live by itself. Organisms interact among themselves. Hence, all organisms, such as plants, animals and human beings, as well as the physical surroundings with whom we interact, form a part of our environment. All these constituents of the environment are dependent upon each other. Thus, they maintain a balance in nature. As we are the only organisms try to modify the environment to fulfill our needs; it is our responsibility to take necessary steps to control the environmental imbalances.
The environmental imbalance gives rise to various environmental problems. Some of the environmental problems are pollution, soil erosion leading to floods, salt deserts and sea recedes, desertification, landslides, change of river directions, extinction of species, and vulnerable ecosystem in place of more complex and stable ecosystems, depletion of natural resources, waste accumulation, deforestation, thinning of ozone layer and global warming. The environmental problems are visualized in terms of pollution, growth in population, development, industrialization, unplanned urbanization etc. Rapid migration and increase in population in the urban areas has also lead to traffic congestion, water shortages, solid waste, and air, water and noise pollution are common noticeable problems in almost all the urban areas since last few years.
Environmental pollution is defined as the undesirable change in physical, chemical and biological characteristics of our air, land and water. As a result of over-population, rapid industrializations, and other human activities like agriculture and deforestation etc., earth became loaded with diverse pollutants that were released as by-products. Pollutants are generally grouped under two classes:
(a) Biodegradable pollutants - Biodegradable pollutants are broken down by the activity of micro-organisms and enter into the biogeochemical cycles. Examples of such pollutants are domestic waste products, urine and faucal matter, sewage, agricultural residue, paper, wood and cloth etc.
(b) Non- Biodegradable pollutants - Non-biodegradable pollutants are stronger chemical bondage, do not break down into simpler and harmless products. These include various insecticides and other pesticides, mercury, lead, arsenic, aluminum, plastics, radioactive waste etc.

B. Classification of Environmental Pollution - Pollution can be broadly classified according to the components of environment that are polluted. Major of these are: Air pollution, Water pollution, Soil pollution (land degradation) and Noise pollution. Details of these types of pollutions are discussed below with their prevention measures.
(1) Air Pollution: Air is mainly a mixture of various gases such as oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen. These are present in a particular ratio. Whenever there is any imbalance in the ratio of these gases, air pollution is caused. The sources of air pollution can be grouped as under PDS_AIR_POLLUTION_0
(i) Natural; such as, forest fires, ash from smoking volcanoes, dust storm and decay of organic matters.
(ii) Man-made due to population explosion, deforestation, urbanization and industrializations.
Certain activities of human beings release several pollutants in air, such as carbon monoxide (CO), sulfur dioxide (SO2), hydrocarbons (HC), oxides of nitrogen (NOx), lead, arsenic, asbestos, radioactive matter, and dust. The major threat comes from burning of fossil fuels, such as coal and petroleum products. Thermal power plants, automobiles and industries are major sources of air pollution as well. Due to progress in atomic energy sector, there has been an increase in radioactivity in the atmosphere. Mining activity adds to air pollution in the form of particulate matter. Progress in agriculture due to use of fertilizers and pesticides has also contributed towards air pollution. Indiscriminate cutting of trees and clearing of forests has led to increase in the amount of carbon dioxide in atmosphere. Global warming is a consequence of green house effect caused by increased level of carbon dioxide (CO2). Ozone (O3) depletion has resulted in UV radiation striking our earth.

Harmful Effects of air pollution –
(a) It affects respiratory system of living organisms and causes bronchitis, asthma, lung cancer, pneumonia etc. Carbon monoxide (CO) emitted from motor vehicles and cigarette smoke affects the central nervous system.
(b) Due to depletion of ozone layer, UV radiation reaches the earth. UV radiation causes skin cancer, damage to eyes and immune system.
(c) Acid rain is also a result of air pollution. This is caused by presence of oxides of nitrogen and sulfur in the air. These oxides dissolve in rain water to form nitric acid and sulfuric acid respectively. Various monuments, buildings, and statues are damaged due to corrosion by acid present in the rain. The soil also becomes acidic. The cumulative effect is the gradual degradation of soil and a decline in forest and agricultural productivity.
(d) The green house gases, such as carbon dioxide (CO2) and methane (CH4) trap the heat radiated from earth. This leads to an increase in earth’s temperature.
(e) Some toxic metals and pesticides also cause air pollution.

England should not try to get under Italy striker's skin, says coach

Mario Balotelli has been sent off six times in three seasons© PA
Gary Neville has warned England's players that they risk getting themselves sent off if they try to antagonise temperamental Italy forward Mario Balotelli in Sunday's Euro 2012 quarter-final.
Balotelli, 21, has earned himself a reputation for having a short fuse and has been sent off six times in the past three seasons.
It had been suggested that Roy Hodgson's side might try to target the notoriously capricious character in a bid to get him red carded, but England coach Neville believes the danger of it potentially backfiring means it is not a tactic that should be utilised.
"If you go into the game thinking 'I'll go and try to wind up Balotelli', you could get sent off yourself,'' Neville said. "It's too big a game. Referees nowadays stamp on every little thing that happens - pulling shirts, standing on people's toes.
"Those days are gone. You are just going to get banned for two, three or four matches.''

Neville was part of the England team that was forced to battle against Argentina after David Beckham was sent off at the 1998 World Cup, while the Three Lions were also reduced to ten men against Portugal at the 2006 World Cup when Wayne Rooney was given his marching orders.
And the former Manchester United captain believes knockout matches of major tournaments are difficult enough without having one less player than the opposition.
"In past tournaments, when we have got a player sent off it has been a big problem,'' Neville said. "We are concentrating on the way we keep our own composure and discipline and making sure we don't disappoint ourselves rather than what the other team will do.
"I've never gone into a game of football at any level when we've mentioned we will try to wind somebody up.
Neville has previously described Balotelli as a "clown" for his behaviour at Manchester City but insists he has seen signs of a growing maturity in the striker during Euro 2012.
"He has been very composed in this tournament," Neville said. "I've watched a lot of the Italians in the last 48 hours. He plays well with Antonio Cassano up front. They are a real handful.
"Against Croatia, Balotelli was excellent. He made so many good runs down the side. With Antonio Di Natale they have got three good forwards who compliment each other.
"It may be a player on the pitch can sense something but the biggest concern about Mario Balotelli for England is not whether we can wind him up. I can assure you of that.''

Kenya seeks Sh170bn from Brazil

President Mwai Kibaki.

Kenya is in talks with Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES) in an effort to secure USD2 billion (approximately Sh170 billion) credit to support its development projects.

President Kibaki who is in Rio de Janeiro in Brazil attending the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development held talks with the President of BNDES, which is the second largest development bank in the world.

During the talks, Kibaki expressed Kenya’s interest in establishing a credit-line of USD2 billion with BNDES to finance priority projects that include agricultural development, infrastructure and energy.

With respect to infrastructure Kibaki said the construction of roads is an important part of Kenya’s development agenda.

Kibaki appealed for partnership with Brazilian Government and investors in infrastructure development to decongest the city of Nairobi.

In the energy sector, Kibaki sought the support of the Brazilian Development Bank in financing the production of sugar, ethanol and co-generation of electricity.

During the talks, the President of the Brazilian Development Bank said the bank will extend a soft loan of USD80 million (approximately Sh6.8 billion) towards the mechanisation of agriculture in Kenya.

BNDES will extend further financing in excess of USD150 million (Sh13 billion) towards the construction of link roads and interchanges to decongest the city of Nairobi.

"With this commitment, Kenya now awaits the results of the review that the Brazilian Government and the Brazilian Development Bank are carrying out in conjunction with the Ministry of Nairobi Metropolitan Development for the construction of interchanges to decongest the city of Nairobi," said the PPS statement to the newsroom.
