I tend to hide my emotions sometimes. I show signs of stress and being overwhelmed, but I don't like to show that I am sad or confused or lost. I feel the reason for this is because no one really cares about my feelings, so i just don't bother to express so I just suppress them. sometimes i just talk to my friends but there is really nothing they can actually do about it. They somehow do make me feel better, but I just wish I had someone to hold me and tell me that everything is going to be okay. I feel lonely at times. I see how happy some people are and i want that too!

That’s the way life is, sometimes you win sometimes you lose
Part of it you can’t control, Part of it you choose.
Sometime you’re happy, sometimes you’re mad
Sometimes you laugh, sometimes you cry.
Sometimes you are aggressive, sometimes passive
Sometime your mind thinks positive, sometime negative
Sometimes you feel you love your spouse
sometimes you wish your relationship could be paused

Sometimes you seem over confident, sometimes you feel you have a low self esteem
Sometime you feel you really got it, sometimes you feel you lost your dreams

Sweet or sour, Bad or good, whatever it is
Get along with it, because that’s way life is.
Accept the situation for what you cant control BUT make a right choice when it comes  to choose!

You may think you’ve been used to the way things are. But in life the only thing that is constant is change itself.Everything changes from time to time, whether it’s for better or for worst.  There’s always someone that comes and goes. And it makes you feel so happy for a moment and cry your heart out the next.
But you know what?
No matter how hard things are for you, no matter how painful it gets, surely, it will all get better in time.

Why should you think of it that way?

…because you deserve to be happy.
And so is everyone else around you.
You deserve to smile, to love and be loved in return.
Just remember that everything will be better in time.
Don’t lose it along the way or else you’ll never gonna reach that place.
That place where you are free and just living your life how it should be.

Learn, adapt and be happy

Don’t think that you deserve to feel that pain.
Don’t think that you deserve to be lonely.
Don’t think that you deserve to cry.
No one does.
Learn and adapt to your current situation.
I know it’s easy to say than do, but believe me you need to hear it.
And you really can move forward soon.
You just have to face each they thinking that something good will happen.
You just have to stand up for what you think is worth it.
You just have to try to smile and make other happy, and you’ll going to live your own as happy as others are.
You don’t have to feel the way you used to feel anymore because…
… it will all get better in time and thing will one day be the same again......

There is no help for you outside of yourself; You are the creator of the universe.
Like the silkworm you have built a cocoon around yourself.Burst you own cocoon and come out as a beautiful butterfly.Come out and be a free soul.Explore. Experience. Live.Think big, and your deeds will glow.Think small, and you will fall behind.Think that you can, and you will.
It is all in the state of mind.

world population by 1801:
In 1801, when the first complete world census was carried out, the world’s population was 1 billion. China had 295 million people, India 131 million, Russia 33 million, France 27 million, Ottoman Empire 21 million, Germany 14 million, Spain 11 million, Britain 10 million, Ireland and the USA 5 million.

your heart is a powerful machine inside you
Your heart beats 101,000 times a day. During your lifetime it will beat about 3 billion times and pump about 800 million pints (378 million litres) of blood. A normal heart beats 70 to 80 times a minute. Over 70 to 80 years, it gives a few billion beats. It is the powerful machine inside you

Rainbows do occur at night

Moon rainbowIt was previously thought that rainbows never appear at night. However, rainbows do appear at night and is known as moon rainbows or lunar rainbows.
To see a moon rainbow, many conditions must coincide:
1. there must be  a full moon,
2. the moon must be either rising or setting,
3. and there must be mist in the air because a rainbow is made up of the rays of the sun that are reflected inside raindrops – or, in this case, the rays reflected by the moon.
Moon rainbows are a rarity; there have been only a few in the past 50 years.

Money management is the process of knowing where you are spending your money today and having a well-thought-out plan in place for where you want it to go in the future.

For good money management one must know some of the principles that s/he can use for the plan to work out,

  • Set goals
  • be organised
  • make a budget
  • Track spending
  • Save money

  1. SET GOALS
Taking the time to set goals today allows you to achieve what you want in the future.

Set specific goals
Financial goals should be specific. For example, wanting to save a certain amount for retirement by age 60 is goal, but wanting to be rich is just a wish. Before you start to save, determine exactly what you want, when you want it, and how much it will cost.
There are three basic goal types: short-term (achievable in under a year), mid-term (achievable in one to five years), and long-term (achievable in five-plus years). If you have multiple goals, you may choose to work toward them all at once or concentrate on one and then move to the next.
You can use the Financial Goals Chart to list your goals:

2.BE ORGANIZED
Being organized is essential to efficient money management. Once all of your information and paperwork is in order and accessible, you’ll never have to waste time searching for important documents, wonder about account balances.
3.MAKE BUDGET
A budget is simply a plan for what you want to do with your money. It sets restrictions on spending, but it does not have to be oppressive. And by sticking to it, you will have the money for the things that are important to you. Though everybody’s budget is different, there is one consistent rule: expenses should never exceed income

4.TRACK SPENDING
Many financial problems, such as not being able to achieve your goals, having credit card debt, and not being able to save, stem from not following the golden rule of money management: spending less than you earn. Are you currently following the golden rule? By tracking your purchases, you can see how much and what you are spending your money on.
Accuracy and commitment are vital.

5.SAVE MONEY
Setting aside cash on a regular basis is a habit worth getting into. It allows you to achieve your financial goals and provides a safety net during financially-challenging times.
